I am from Atlanta, GA, currently live in Dallas, Texas and I am a newlywed! I worked 15 years in Aviation Sales and Operations before switching full time to Real Estate. I have always had an interest in Architecture and studied it for a little while in college (my family was in aviation, so it was a close call between the two career paths). I am an avid traveler and try to get away once or twice a week on some sort of trip.
Favorite part of Real Estate is the people I have been able to meet and the long-term relationships I have been able to weld.
Hi, I’m Sheldon Cooksey! I grew up in Arlington, TX, and currently live in Fort Worth, TX with my beautiful wife of 11 years. I have 3 lovely children ranging from 19 down to 2. I also have a grandson that will be 2 later this year.
I am the oldest on my mom’s side with a younger brother, and the second youngest with 2 older brothers, 1 younger brother, and a sister on dad’s side. I am an uncle of 12 between my brothers and sister.
We currently have 2 dogs that we have rescued. We have also added a bearded dragon to the family in the last couple of months. He’s known as the “house dinosaur!”
I started in the restaurant industry as a busboy back in high school. I worked my way up to management before leaving to expand my skills. I worked 3 years for a local Cajun-themed restaurant before getting the opportunity of a lifetime. Next thing you know I’m opening restaurants at DFW Airport like La Madeleine, Dallas Cowboys Club, and California Pizza Kitchen. I worked for the venture partner that owned these restaurants and more.
I got into real estate because I’ve never been shy about meeting and connecting with people. I have a love for providing excellent service and fulfilling a person(s) needs — a skill my mom instilled in me at a young age.
I was born and raised in Dallas and have lived in Cedar Hill for 15 years. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years, and we have 3 beautiful children ages 7, 9 & 11.
I have been in the multi-family industry for 16 years where I’ve had several roles. I started as a construction admin, and then moved to an Assistant Business Manager/ Business Manager Onsite. I am currently a Cost Accountant for all new construction in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
I am excited to switch gears toward my own business in Real Estate, where I will focus in the Cedar Hill, Midlothian, Waxahachie and surrounding areas.
I just started my journey into Real Estate in November 2021, and I am excited to begin!
I was born and raised in Texas, and Fort Worth has been my home for over a decade.
My passion to serve others is the reason I knew a career in Real Estate was perfect for me.
Spending many years in the DFW hospitality industry has taught me what it means to have exceptional customer service to each client. I thrive on personal connections and building relationships, which helps me understand the true needs of my clients. For many people, a home is the biggest financial investment they’ll make.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, golfing, spending time with family and spoiling my two dogs, Louie and Stan.
Whether you are new to the area, downsizing, or needing more space I am here to guide you through the process and make it a pleasant experience for you. I look forward to serving you!
I was born and raised in SoCal, and was a 4 year resident in N.Cal before finally making it to THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS! As they say, “I wasn’t born here, but I got here as fast as I could!” It took me 24 years, but better late than never!!
I’ve worked the last 16 years in management of the Commercial Tire industry. I always felt the most joy when I was able to help my employees, whether it be through financial promotions or just everyday coaching needs.
THIS is what drove me to Real Estate.
I want to make people’s dreams come true! I LOVE working with people! I always feel best when I see others winning in life, and it’s an even better feeling when you can help in any way.
I’m a husband and father of 2 great kids, and I believe that family comes first. I would love the opportunity to help you and your family acquire the biggest dream of them all!
I’m the person behind the posts, Performance Team’s Marketing Admin!
I am from New Braunfels, TX and now live in Grapevine, TX with my amazing husband of almost 3 years! We also have a precious one and a half-year-old son together.
One of my earliest memories is of my mom taking me to an “Open House Tour.” I remember wandering around those beautiful homes, fascinated by the designs, and feeling welcomed by the friendly realtors at the door.
I would listen to my mom explain what she liked about the homes and what she would change, taking notes as her little sidekick. I couldn’t wait until I was grown up and could buy a house like one of those.
I have always had a passion for art, design, and writing which explains why I loved those tours so much! At some point along the way I realized I could inspire, encourage, and uplift others with what I create, which I aspire to do every day.
When I was given the opportunity to work with Performance Team to help with the marketing/social media side of the business, I was absolutely thrilled!
I get to do what I love every day AND get to see gorgeous homes all of the time. Not just that, but I get to work with some incredible and talented individuals as well. I am so excited to be part of this growing team!
